Empowerment Through Connection

At Support My Way, we provide a comprehensive range of services designed to support individuals with disabilities in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their quality of life. Our offerings are tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant—ensuring that they receive the most effective and personalised care possible.
What sets us apart is our commitment to quality, governance, and genuine connection. Every member of our team is carefully recruited and matched with participants to ensure compatibility, consistency, and trust. We invest heavily in our staff, who have 24/7 access to internal training, supervision, and on-demand support, allowing them to grow in confidence and capability while delivering safe, professional care.
This strong foundation of governance, ongoing education, and personalised service is what enables us to support a broad range of participants across multiple regions—without ever compromising on quality.

Community Participation

We empower individuals to engage with their communities, build confidence, and create meaningful connections. Whether it’s attending social events, joining local groups, volunteering, or pursuing personal interests, our team tailors community access supports to suit each person's goals and lifestyle.
Supports can be delivered one-on-one or in small groups, always with a focus on inclusion, choice, and empowerment.

In-Home Support

Our team provides compassionate assistance with everyday tasks to support independence at home. This includes help with cleaning, meal preparation, personal hygiene, getting ready for the day, and managing appointments or routines.
Supports are flexible and tailored to meet each person’s preferences while respecting their dignity, culture, and routines.

Supported Independent Living

We offer personalised SIL support for participants living alone or in shared arrangements. Our goal is to help individuals build their life skills while ensuring their day-to-day needs are met in a safe and supportive environment.
We work collaboratively with participants, families, and other providers to create a stable and empowering living situation.

Social and Support Groups

Our social groups provide fun, safe spaces to build friendships, explore new interests, and strengthen life skills. We offer groups for teens, mums, neurodiverse children, and individuals with mental health needs.
Workshops and sessions may include activities such as art, beauty, trades/DIY, emotional regulation, and school readiness. Special events and outings are offered throughout the year.

Transport

Transport is more than just getting from A to B. We support individuals in attending appointments, community events, work placements, and social outings—while also helping them build confidence in navigating public and private transport.
Whether transitioning to independence or needing consistent travel support, we’re here to help participants get where they need to be—safely and reliably.

Community Participation

At Support My Way, we believe meaningful community engagement can transform lives. Our Community Participation service helps individuals develop confidence, social connections, and a sense of belonging.

Whether it’s joining a gym class, attending art therapy, grabbing a coffee with a support worker, or volunteering at a local charity, we tailor activities to your personal goals and interests.

Our team supports participants in navigating public spaces, attending appointments, building social skills, and engaging in recreational and cultural events—whatever helps you feel connected, valued, and seen.

We proudly offer group programs and 1:1 supports, designed with flexibility for all ages and abilities.

We also offer domestic assistance like vacuuming, laundry, dishwashing, bed-making, and meal preparation to keep your space healthy and your routine flowing.

Our supports are person-centred and trauma-informed, with options for regular or casual bookings.

We welcome referrals from NDIS participants, self-funded individuals, and external care providers.
