This 1-hour consulting session is designed for business owners, NDIS providers, and service-based organisations seeking expert guidance. During the session we can review areas such as: • Starting or scaling an NDIS business • Registration and compliance requirements • Business structure and operational systems • Marketing and client growth strategies • Staffing and service delivery models • Problem solving and strategic planning You will leave the session with clear next steps and practical recommendations tailored to your business. This consultation is suitable for new providers, existing businesses needing guidance, or organisations wanting to improve systems and growth strategies.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for rescheduling. This consultation fee secures your dedicated strategy session time and preparation. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Consultations are conducted online via Microsoft Teams or by phone unless otherwise arranged.
